xcetra is exploring a program where partners contribute capital and hands-on marketing effort to one venture in the portfolio — or a bundle across all active ventures — in exchange for a contractual share of that venture's net revenue, with a possible future option to convert that position into real equity once a venture hits its milestones.
It's structured in tiers, each with a minimum contribution and a marketing activity level to keep earning a share:
- Seed Partner — from A$500
- Growth Partner — from A$1,000
- Anchor Partner — from A$25,000
