Partner Program

xcetra is building a program where partners promote one venture in the portfolio — or all active ventures — with their reach, skills and effort, in exchange for a contractual share of that venture's net revenue. There's no upfront payment: partners earn Partner Units that vest as they meet their monthly marketing commitment, with a possible future option to convert into equity if a venture becomes its own company and hits its milestones.
It's structured in tiers based on what you commit to doing, not on money. Each tier earns a set number of Partner Units in a venture's pool:
- Seed Partner — 1 Partner Unit (1% of the pool)
- Growth Partner — 5 Partner Units (5% of the pool)
- Anchor Partner — 25 Partner Units (25% of the pool)
Operational control of each venture stays with xcetra and its venture managers throughout — partners get a revenue share and, at higher tiers, advisory input, not decision-making power. Read the full Partner Program rules for the complete structure, tiers, and legal notice.
