Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Policy
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will be protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where required. Information provided by clients will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform agreed services.
Conflict of Interest
Xcetra Pty Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings. To avoid conflicts of interest:
- Disclosure: Any potential or actual conflict of interest, including but not limited to situations involving competing bids or projects for multiple clients, will be promptly identified and disclosed to the affected client(s) prior to the commencement of any work.
- Client Acknowledgment: Engagement will proceed only after full disclosure of the potential conflict and upon the client’s explicit acceptance and acknowledgment of this disclosure in writing.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Xcetra Pty Ltd will continue to monitor for conflicts throughout the engagement and will promptly notify the client should any new conflicts arise.
- Mitigation: Where possible, Xcetra Pty Ltd will take appropriate steps to mitigate or eliminate conflicts of interest, including implementing information barriers or recusing staff as necessary.
- Refusal of Engagement: Xcetra Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw from any engagement where a conflict of interest cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
